Your first visit

What does a session look like?

Short warm-up, stretching, bag and pad work, technique, then clinching and light sparring. Private lessons have a shorter warm-up, little or no conditioning, and more focused pad work.

Do I need gloves?

No. You can use our gloves, bands, and shin pads. We also sell equipment at the gym.

Can beginners join?

Yes. All levels train together, and beginners are welcome.

Is it safe for kids?

Yes. Kids and teens are welcome, and training is supervised and adapted for age and level. See the kids program.

Private or group training?

Private training is ideal if you want to learn the basics faster or work on specific goals. Group classes are great for training with others and building consistency.
